Computer and Network
This goes to Gary and Jim for IVMS computer software and hardware issues, printers, copiers, network connectivity, and the phone system. Gary is also handling any requests regarding electricity not working. This includes alarm systems and entry codes for the time clock as well as security alarms and anything that may involve a power strip or electrical repair. Gary also orders computer desks and computers, laptops and tablets.
Facilities and Supplies
This goes to Bill at the Venice campus and Julio at the Sarasota campus. They handle physical things need repair, sanitizing, moving, putting together, painting, weeding, mowing, carpet cleaning, bathrooms, toilet paper, paper towels, locks and keys and other requests involving our physical facilities. If you have carline requests, this can be done through regular school email.
Students Registration and Gradebook
This goes to Verna and Whitney and involves updates to LE Faculty placement and student addresses and phone numbers in order to keep our records up to date. We MUST have current phone numbers and addresses for parents and family members, especially for anyone who is listed on the student's emergency pickup list. We use Montalign to update this information, however, do not submit to Montalign as this involves IVMS student information rather than a programming issue with Montalign.
This goes to Mr Jason in Venice and Ms Cindy in Sarasota. Please submit a ticket here if you are having issues with logins or other i-Ready problems.
Human Resources and Payroll
Ms Michelle handles HR and Ms Aimee is now handles payroll information updates. If you have any questions or problems, please just send them an email.
This goes to Matt, Kym, and Peter regarding IVMS Website updates and changes. You may also send Peter "What's happening" info and photos for Community News updates here too. You can attach files at the bottom the the ticket.
Any technical issues or registration questions for Montessori Live should be directed here. This goes to Jenifer Baehr and to Kym.
Any problems or questions regarding Montalign as a record keeping system. This goes to Jim Dunn, the programmer for Montalign. He is not responsible to update student records or other school data. These requests must to go Whitney, our registrar.
